Who can attend OutDoor Demo?
OutDoor Demo is a trade-only event and is closed to the general public.
Who can attend Interbike?
On Wednesday September 18th, 2013 and Thursday September 19th, 2013 Interbike is a trade-only event for qualified buyers and industry professionals only.
On Friday, September 20th, 2013 Interbike is providing bicycle retailers with the opportunity to invite their very best customers to join them on the trade show floor. This new initiative is called Interbike by Invitation. Interbike by Invitation guests can only obtain an invitation to Interbike through their local bike shopTo learn how to capitalize on our Interbike by Invitation program please click HERE.
Exhibitors who wish to invite non-industry guests to the show may do so on Friday, September 20th. Exhibitors will receive two Interbike invitations for every 10 x 10 they purchase. Exhibitor invited guests will pay a $25.00 registration fee and will have access to the show floor from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Friday, September 20th. For more information on the exhibitor invited guest program please email interbike@nielsen.com or talk to your Interbike Sales Representative. Exhibitor guest passes will be available as part of Exhibitor registration which will open in June.
This show is NOT open to the general public. Interbike is a wholesale business-to-business marketplace. To view the exhibitor rules for Interbike click here.
Does Interbike offer any special hotel rates?
Please visit our Hotel-Travel page on this site for a link to Interbike's official housing partner, Travel Planners, to secure guaranteed lowest rates for some of Las Vegas' best hotels at a variety of price points.
How do I receive my badges?
Badges for Interbike will not be mailed. Once you have registered for Interbike you will receive, via email, a printable confirmation that will have a bar code on it. Prior to attending the show each individual attending Interbike will need to print the registration confirmation and bring it with them. Upon entering the registration area at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center, agents at the registration tables will quickly scan your confirmation and check your government issued photo I.D., hand you your badge and you will be off to the show.

How do I order furnishings and services we'll need in our booth?
All exhibitor services order forms can be found in your exhibitor resource manual link which will be distributed after your exhibition space is confirmed.
Is electricity provided with my booth?
No, although you may order electricity from the Mandalay Bay Convention Center using the information in the resource manual.
