Interbike Launches New Website and Opens Registration

Easier navigation, more content and a fresh look will greet buyers seeking to participate in fall cycling trade show

SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, Calif. – May 8, 2012 – Interbike today announced the launch of its new website and the opening of buyer registration for the 2012 trade show. Completely redesigned, the new online home for North America’s premier cycling trade event will better serve visitors with easier navigation, more industry information and a fresh look. Qualified buyers are encouraged to visit the new www.interbike.com to register to attend the 2012 Interbike International Bicycle Expo and OutDoor Demo.

“The new website is a tremendous improvement and we’re very proud of the way it will serve the industry year-round,” said Pat Hus, Interbike’s managing director. “We put a lot of effort into re-imagining the show last year, and the team has now done the same for the Interbike website with content, data and a more polished functionality to extend its value to the cycling community beyond the typical show period.”

Incorporating easier navigation and additional new content, the redesigned site features a fresh new look and access to more show and industry information. The Interbike show gathers the best retailers and suppliers each year, and Interbike.com will showcase them on a regular basis in the new retailer and exhibitor profiles section. The latest online exhibitor list for the 2012 show is also now live and the show floorplan is expected to be available in mid-May. The Interbike Planner, a popular tool on the site allowing buyers to explore exhibits and events and plan their show visits, will return with new capabilities for retailers to discover and connect with exhibiting suppliers.

The new site will serve as the launching point for the cycling manufacturers, retailers, advocates and press to begin experiencing the product launches, presentations, education and celebrations that are Interbike.

Online registration will save attendees valuable time and money, and ensure access to the most important bicycle industry gathering of the year. Retailers who sign up before August 8 will have their $35 registration fees waived courtesy of 3point5.com.

Registration for exhibitor staff badges and press credentials is not yet available. An announcement will be made when they are ready.
