How much does it cost to attend Interbike Customer Appreciation Day?
Guest access to the largest bicycle industry trade show in North America comes with a registration fee of $20.00 (Note: Registration fee includes entry to the event only; each guest is responsible for all other travel and expenses).
Interbike’s Customer Appreciation day is open to anyone who loves bicycles. The day is for retail customers who power our industry. So if you ride a bicycle, are planning to start riding a bicycle, or just want to peek behind the curtain of the bicycle industry, then you are invited. (Note: Registration fee includes entry to the event only; each guest is responsible for all other travel and expenses)
Tickets will be available for purchase online starting April 15, 2015. Once you have purchased your ticket you will receive an email confirmation. Simply bring that confirmation with you to the Interbike registration counters at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center on Friday, September 18 to pick up your badge. When you register online you can purchase multiple tickets at the same time – so bring the family!
You can also purchase your tickets onsite at Interbike. Registration for Interbike Customer Appreciation Day begins at 3 pm on Thursday, September 17; however, you cannot access the show until 9 am on Friday, September 18.
Picking up your badge is a little like the airlines when you print your confirmation at home and pick up your boarding pass at the airport. When you register for Interbike Customer Appreciation Day you will immediately receive an email confirmation with a number. Be sure to print out this confirmation and bring it with you to the show. When you get to the show follow the signs to Interbike registration. Present your printed confirmation with a government issued ID and you will be provided with your badge. If you have purchased multiple badges you can pick those up at the same time.

At Interbike you will see just about every major brand on sale in your local bike shop, including several new brands. You will see the latest trends and have access to all the booths including manufacturers of bicycles, parts, equipment, clothing, cycling technology, nutritional supplements, and many more bicycle related products. Interbike is the largest bicycle trade event in North America, and with over 1,400 exhibiting brands you will be hard pressed to see everything we have to offer.
From time to time various exhibitors invite sponsored athletes or celebrities to make booth appearances and sign autographs. Check our schedule regularly in the weeks leading up to the show to see who might be appearing at Interbike.

Interbike’s Customer Appreciation Day is open Friday, September 18 from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm. Please note, your Interbike Customer Appreciation Day badge grants you access to Interbike on Friday only. If you arrive earlier, you will not be permitted entry to the show.
Interbike is a bicycle enthusiasts dream-come-true! There will be plenty of products that you will want to purchase directly from your favorite brands. But Interbike is a trade-only show, and that means we have a strict “no sales” policy on the show floor. You absolutely cannot purchase product, no matter how small, from any vendor on the show floor. No exceptions. We will have security roaming the floor and at each show entrance/exit enforcing this policy.
Many of the manufacturers exhibiting at Interbike will have specific models available for demo purposes on our outdoor test track. While you are welcome to bring your own helmet, you can also borrow a helmet from our helmet rental station. Either way, helmets are a must, and you will be required to sign a waiver. While we encourage everyone to have fun, the area will be monitored to ensure safe and respectful riding is exercised at all times.
