Swim and Training Tips from Ironman® Champion Dave Scott.

For the first time on the Interbike Show floor, 6-time Ironman® Champion Dave Scott will be coaching swim technique and triathlete fitness training tips for visitors to booth #20236 in the Triathlon Pavilion. Dave will be conducting his coaching demonstrations with a swimmer in the innovative new 14 foot long and 4 foot deep Aquatic Training Vessels™ (ATV™s) by Marquis®. Daily at 10:00am, 1:00pm, and 4:00pm, watch and hear Dave Scott deliver his winning insights on better swim technique and triathlete fitness exercises. ATV™s provide a personal swim fitness vessel for the backyard that allows triathletes and other fitness enthusiasts to get their swim training time as conveniently as they can get their training rides and runs from home. Each demonstration session will run roughly 45 minutes and Dave will also be able to answer specific training questions from viewers.
