2017 Exhibitor On-Site Incentives For Reno Tahoe 2018 (Offer Expires 9/30)

 

TIER ONE

Company with a booth at Interbike or Fall Cyclofest 2017

  • $23.75 per sqft rate for booth space
  • 5% incentive fund (Total is based on 5% off 2018 booth spend. Discount applied to final invoice.)
  • Priority booth placement on the 2018 show floor

 

TIER TWO

Company with a minimum spend of $2,500 at Interbike or Fall Cyclofest 2017

  • $23.75 per sqft rate for booth space
  • 5% incentive fund (total is based on 5% of 2018 booth spend)

 

TIER THREE

Any 2017 nonparticipating company that books a 2018 booth space by September 30th

  • $23.75 per sqft rate for booth space

The newly revamped PR Toolkit is designed to help enhance your experience exhibiting at Interbike and OutDoor Demo. It features a handy checklist with important deadlines to be aware of, tips on how to access our Digital Press Room, media list information, Show Daily information and more. Show Badges

 

To register for exhibitor badges, click here or login through your Exhibitor Console. You will need your company password that you received in your booth confirmation email. 

 

Once you have registered for Interbike you will receive, via email, a printable confirmation that will have a bar code on it. Prior to attending the show each individual attending Interbike will need to print the registration confirmation and bring it with them. Badges for Interbike will not be mailed. Pick up Badges at Registration.

Upon entering the registration area at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center, agents at the registration tables will quickly scan your confirmation and check your government issued photo I.D., hand you your badge and you will be off to the show. If you have additional questions about badge pick up please email ibkexh@experient-inc.com.
